Have you ever considered running for local council? Or know someone who should?
The Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA), the Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) and the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) are hosting a webinar to demystify the candidate nomination process and encourage more people to consider standing in this year’s local government elections.
Our presenters will cover a range of topics, with the aim of preparing people to nominate, and for life as an Elected Member. You’ll hear from:
