This online workshop provides participants with a theoretical and practical understanding of the framework, principles and process which translates into effective risk management.

    • how risk management can assist organisations to achieve their objectives
    • the types of risk exposure typically faced by an organisation
    • application of AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 and risk management principles, framework and process
    • applying the skills to identify, assess and treat risk and opportunity effectively
    • how risk management should be organised and the relationship with boards, audit and other business functions
    • using risk information effectively
    • the importance of culture, communication and instilling the right behaviours in an effective risk management structure.
