  • the types of risk exposure typically faced by a sport or recreation organisation,
  • application of risk management principles, frameworks and processes to address those exposures,
  • developing and applying the skills to identify, assess and treat both risk and opportunity effectively,
  • how risk management should be structured in relation to boards, audit and other organisational functions,
  • using risk information for risk-based decision making, and
  • the importance of culture, communication and instilling risk-based behaviours.

Participants will also be supplied with relevant risk templates to utilise at their respective sport or recreation organisations.
