Intro

This in-person workshop series aims to support existing not-for-profit female board directors. This workshop seeks to provide practical tools and information on how high performing board and directors can drive organisational success through board governance, dynamics and strategy.

Content

  • Session 1: How high performance boards and directors can drive organisational success through board governance, dynamics, risk and strategy
  • Session 2: Meetings and decision making
  • Session 3: Environment, social and governance considerations for directors.

To be considered for a place, you must be available to attend all 3 sessions:

  1. 6pm to 8pm Thursday 15 June 2023
  2. 6pm to 8pm Thursday 22 June 2023
  3. 6pm to 8pm Thursday 29 June 2023.
