Our recreation camps are special places where Western Australians of all ages can participate in unique outdoor activities.
Our recreation camps operate with the current State Government directions.
With the winding back of these directions our camp services are prioritising overnight school camps for all bookings from term 3, 2022 onwards.
Schools may now be able to proceed with the original booking option that involves both the accommodation and adventure activities in an overnight stay format.
These events will occur where the safety protocols are achieved by both the school and the camp provider.
Mask are no longer mandated however COVID-19 safety plans remain in place.
Please note, the expectations of the schools are outlined in the Department of Education Guidelines for camps — COVID 19 considerations.
Our camps bookings team will respond to your enquiries in a proximity order (nearest date) and will make contact with the nominated client representative as quickly we are able.
This can be discussed directly with the camp team where you have an existing booking as they will be creating your activity program.
All recreation camps staff will continue to promote COVID safe practice in service delivery;
All non-school bookings may continue consistent with our COVID safety plans.
From term 3, onwards cancellations and transfers protocols return to normal and all camp bookings will be considered according to DLGSC Recreation Camps current terms and conditions.
All change requests to booked events must be in writing to be considered and we remind our clients that forward bookings or transfers are limited to 13 months in advance.
If you have any queries or suggestions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 61 8 9492 9999.
