Intro

This online series aims to support women who are aspiring, emerging or newly established board directors. Participants will reflect on their authentic leadership style to leverage unique qualities and attributes and utilise communication tools enabling confidence to network and influence at a board level. 

Content includes:

  • why diversity matters in the boardroom
  • women’s perspective in business and governance, the impact of gender on authority, business relationships and effective leadership
  • addressing challenges unique to women in leadership
  • providing tools to improve participants leadership skills
  • tactics for building productive, supportive professional relationships and business networks
  • stepping up to the challenge of a board room position
  • developing a personal leadership action plan.

To be considered for a place, you must be available to attend all sessions:

  1. 6pm to 7.30pm Wednesday 19 July
  2. 6pm to 7.30pm Wednesday 26 July
  3. 6pm to 7.30pm Wednesday 2 August.
