It is important to highlight that as you engage in regular contact, you may be required to use tailored resources to strengthen specific skills and knowledge for paid and unpaid employees. This will include implementing policies and practices that focus on child safety such as staff training, recruitment inductions, screening processes (including undertaking necessary background checks) and child safe policies and procedures.
