The scheme aims to ensure clubs are supported to build their organisational capacity and capability through accessible and flexible club development services. Eligible local governments and State Sporting Associations can build the governance, planning and management practices of their clubs.

The City of Mandurah hosted a come and try multi-sport weekend. 35 clubs took advantage of the opportunity to open their doors and attract new members to their various sports. The Mandurah Magic hosted an all abilities basketball event which was so successful they went on to create a new all abilities program.
