US feature film 'Where All Light Tends to Go', starring Billy Bob Thornton, Robin Wright and Hopper Penn, is coming to WA for post-production.

The cinematic adaptation of the award-winning novel of the same name, which recently wrapped up filming in Atlanta, Georgia, was directed by Western Australian director Ben Young (Clickbait, Hounds of Love).

Western Australian involvement in the picture was already significant, including WA producer Jamie Hilton from See Pictures, WA Director of Photography Michael McDermott (Judas Collar, Hounds of Love) and WA actress Emma Booth (The Gloaming, Glitch) starring as Josie.

Post-production support has been provided by Screenwest with State Government funding through Lotterywest, allowing the film to complete all sound and picture post-production, including grade, visual effects, online, score composition, sound design, foley, final mix and delivery in WA.

Joining the team working on the movie are WA editor Merlin Eden (1922, Last Train to Freo), composer Adam Spark from the band Birds of Tokyo, sound designer Ric Curtin (Three Summers, Hounds of Love) and a raft of editorial, sound, musicians, visual effects and post-production crew, bringing our WA talent to the fore while creating local jobs.
