13 CSRFF projects will receive $974,000, and 13 Club Night Lights Program (CNLP) projects will receive $629,000 following the February 2023 small grants funding round.

The small grants program enables community organisations, local governments and sport and recreation clubs to apply for and receive funds to support the development of high-quality infrastructure and environments for sport and recreation throughout Western Australia.

The remaining $386,000 is allocated across a further 10 metropolitan and regional projects to upgrade lighting at various sporting and recreation facilities.

The remaining $583,000 will see enable a further 10 applicants to make improvements to their sporting and recreation infrastructure.

The State Government’s CSRFF and CNLP are valuable in providing funding to help local governments and sporting clubs keep Western Australians physically active and participating in sport and recreation opportunities.

The CSRFF July Small Grants Round (for projects from $7500 to $500,000) opened on 1 July and closes on 31 August 2023.
