Applications are now open for the CCTV Grant Program for local governments to install or upgrade CCTV cameras to target neighbourhood crime and antisocial behaviour.
The CCTV Grant Program funding forms part of a $22.5 million 2025-26 Community Safety election commitment to provide additional resourcing to tackle criminal activity.
Working with WA Police, the grants will support the strategic expansion of CCTV coverage across WA.
Eligible local governments can apply by completing the CCTV Grant Application Form, demonstrating how the funds will be used to address community safety concerns.
Funding is capped at $20,343 per camera and local governments may apply for up to 5 cameras.
Applications close COB Monday 18 May 2026.
