The purpose of this lodgement guide is to provide guidance for individuals on how to apply for a Casino Employee Licence to work at Crown Casino.
Login to lodge and renew applications, manage licensing and submit returns.
In accordance with the Casino Control (Burswood Island) (Licensing of Employees) Regulations 1985 persons employed at Crown Casino in a casino related activity must be licensed in either a key or non-key position.

Before you can submit any of our online forms you must create an account.
Once your account has been registered you will be taken to your My Account page. From here you can start a new application.
Your account is not currently linked to you. Once you have completed your first application your account will then be permanently linked to the individual person you select during the first part of the application.
After you have linked your account you will be able to update your details from this page using the Edit button.
After you have successfully logged into your account you can start a new application by following these steps.
This form is used to create a new client in our database. Complete the necessary pages and then click Submit to continue through to the Standard Lottery Application form.
If you already hold a casino employee licence, save your progress and do not proceed any further.
Contact the department on 61 8 6551 4888 and select option 1 from the
automated menu so that an officer can arrange for your newly created client reference number to be linked to your existing Client Reference
number and licence.
Alternatively, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and quote the newly created client reference number.
Once the form is completely filled out you can click on Submit to finish and submit the form.
You have now successfully submitted your application.
You can monitor the status of your application via the My Account page when you are logged in on the account under which you completed the application.
