Executive Management Professional Development Program

Providing professional development opportunities

The Executive Management Professional Development Program provides current and emerging executive management and senior leadership staff with up to $3000 to support development opportunities identified in their individual development plan (IDP).

The program aims to:

  • provide professional development opportunities for identified leaders that are employed within the sport and recreation industry and support them to achieve their individual professional goals
  • assist sport and recreation organisations to upskill and develop their staff
  • increase the overall capacity and capability of sport and recreation organisations.

Eligibility

  • Recognised State Sporting Associations and peak bodies.
  • Priority will be given to applications from small to medium level organisations that meet the eligibility criteria and have staff employed in executive management or senior leadership roles.

Amount available

  • Executive Management Professional Development Program: Up to $3000 for 1 eligible employee
  • Executive Management Professional Development Program: Up to $4000 for 2 eligible employees (therefore up to $2000 each).

Successful organisations will be required to make a co-contribution towards the identified development opportunities.
